I dont know if this works for everyone butttt from my own experiences, go listen to music that makes you feel baller as fuck, not sad stuff that will make you dwell on your feelings. Seriously - PARTY MUSIC 24/7 KE$HA, WALLPAPER., 3OH!3, KANYE, NICKI MINAJ, BROOKE CANDY make yourself feel so fly you can’t be sad. Hang out with your friends, go get a new outfit, do something you’ve been meaning to do but have been putting off!! PLAY VIDEO GAMES pokemon silver got me through some hard times, and working out also makes me feel a lot better too. The working out is part of the Feel2Fly program of recovering from a break up - it’s really hard to be sad when you’re like WOW LOOK HOW SICK MY BODY LOOKS I FEEL SO DAMN FIT I’M GONNA RUN 10 MILES WHAT KIND OF LOSER WOULD LEAVE THIS BITCH PLEASE
Basically just try and focus on other stuff to dull the sadness and after a few weeks, a few months, they’ll just feel less overwhelming on their own without having a party in your head all the time. I hope you feel better soon anon!!
